Pack your item: Carefully package the artwork in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use comparable packaging to ensure the artwork is adequately protected.

Ship your item: Ship the artwork back to me using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Receive your refund or exchange: Once I receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, I will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange for a different item, as requested.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized artwork is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
