Individual Art Therapy Session

(3 hours)

One on One sessions where we create based on your specialized theme. (example: You love, flowers, butterflies, dogs, etc.) I create the sessions based off a theme and life coach guidelines.

CLASS GOALS:

▻ Design and complete projects
▻ Share space and resources
▻ Give and receive feedback

Location, TBD. This 3 hour class will focus on helping you complete a self guided craft that is pre-selected beforehand and discuss key goals to redirect your life and build confidence.
